Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon (GMRL) is a leading retail company in Lebanon, established in 1996 as a pioneer in the ownership and operation of supermarkets and hypermarkets. Focused on enhancing the shopping experience under the mission to "Live Life Generously," GMRL operates a diversified portfolio of retail formats catering to food, drinks, and beauty categories.

The company is renowned for reintroducing Spinneys to Lebanon, a multinational supermarket chain that currently operates 16 branches across the country. It also manages the Happy Discount Store brand with 5 branches, known for providing value in quantity, and the Grab'n Go convenience stores, which include 11 outlets. In addition, GMRL launched the Signature by Spinneys concept in 2019, aiming to offer premium shopping experiences.

In 2019, GMRL expanded into other areas with Mackenzie Distribution, F&B, and Production services, strengthening its supply chain and product offerings. The group recently signed a franchise agreement with the French Monoprix chain to operate and expand Monoprix stores in Lebanon, further enriching their retail landscape with French food and non-food products.
