Established in 1996, Gray Mackenzie is a retail group which owns a group of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Lebanon. Its headquarters is based in Dbayeh, Lebanon.

Concerning its distribution channels, the company is a B2B distribution which supplies the Horeca sector locally as well as internationally. 

It operates more than 39 stores.  

Its subsidiaries include:

• Spinneys Egypt (15 stores)
• Grab’nGo Convenience Stores (9 stores)
• Happy Discount Store (15 stores)
• Signature
• Cold Stone Creamery (2 stores)

Moreover, its portfolio represents international brands and some of them are:

• Happy Flakes  

Gray Mackenzie has developed its private labels which consists of different products like:

• Babylove by spinneys
• Spinneys home
• Straw
• Noix & Choco
• Ready Greens 

The business aims to expand all over Lebanon and the world starting with Syria, Iraq and Qatar.

Moreover, as for the Signature concept, Gray Mackenzie plans to extend its presence throughout Kuwait, Qatar and KSA.
