- Las Moradas de San Martín, DOP Vinos de Madrid (https://lasmoradasdesanmartin.es/en/): More than a winery, Las Moradas is an author's project, dedicated to recovering the centuries-old Grenache vines in the Sierra de Gredos as well as forgotten white varieties such as Albillo Real.
