With its 90 employees, our company headquartered in Marlenheim always produces about  13,000 tonnes of pulp per year. For the manufacture of its Grand'Mère pasta, it still respects the traditional recipe Alsatian pasta with 7 fresh eggs per kilo than semolina durum and as such has a European PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) "Pasta Alsace.
