Helm Medical GmbH was founded in 2009 as a 100% daughter company of Helm AG (annual turnover approx. 10 billion €) as a result from a long-standing succes with Medical Products for professional use. We are specialized in the development, manufacture and marketing of quality products in selected healthcare areas whereas Helm Medical assumes as legal manufacturer the responsability for the marketability of our products for our customer.

Having longstanding experience with disposable medical devices for professional use, Helm Medical decided some years ago to enlarge the portfolio with OTC products. In this category we focus mainly on products within the following areas of indication: Women´s Health, Footcare, Pain Relief and Wound Healing.

We also engage in customer oriented development and certification of products for private labels.

Helm Medical's OTC products are characterized by quality, market oriented pricing and international distribution via our Helm AG subsidiaries and distribution partners.

In order to emphasize our values with regard to social responsability, Helm Medical joined SEDEX lately.

The French subsidiary HELM FRANCE completes the Helm Medical OTC portfolio with their selfcare range of nutritional supplements, cosmetics and medical devices in the fields of Women's Health and Sport's Products before, during and after effort.
