HOIA home spa is a small natural cosmetic brand based in Saaremaa, the biggest island of Estonia. Our brand was launched in October 2016 due to the founder's own need for pure and natural products. HOIA is proud to offer a wide range of 100% natural skincare products that are handmade in a sustainable way using ethical, good-quality raw materials. Our products are inspired by the wild nature of Saaremaa, which is a part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We use carefully chosen organic cold-pressed oils and butters from all over the world and combine them with local raw ingredients to create unique products that offer customers an enjoyable “home spa” experience, effective face rituals, everyday hygiene products and many more. Our products are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones, sulphates  and other unnecessary and harmful ingredients. Most of our products are vegan, the only animal derived material is local organic honey and bees wax.  OUR CORE VALUES

Organic ingredients are our first choice whenever possible, approximately 85% of our ingredients are already from organic farming.

We are using glass packaging whenever possible, we use the most economical packaging for each product considering the best before date, shipping options etc. Our deodorants and most lip balms are in kraft paper tubes, which can be composted or burnt. We have a collection system set up in Estonia, so our customers can return most packages. We desinfect them and reuse them and sold them to local people or use them for sending refill washing products. We aim to get even better packaging solutions in the future and are always looking for more sustainable ways to keep our packages as simple and reusable or recyclable as we can. We offer refills for our glass shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles, we send the larger amounts for refills in already reused packages. In our everyday office life we avoid all sorts of waste and apply protocols to reduce waste, reuse evertyhing we can and our carbon footprint will be measured in the next couple of months also. Our clients can neutralise their order carbon footprint by "planting a tree" in a checkout process (Make it neurtral option). Most of our accounting is done without physical paper invoices.
