What began in 1928 as a specialist family bakery, has evolved into a modern production plant with a large variety of Ice Cream products. In our modern factory, production takes place in accordance with the strictest standards of quality and hygiene. Operating to both national and international standards. We have “International Food Standard” (IFS) and the “British Retail Consortuim Global Standard” (BRC) certification as well as the “Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points” (HACCP). Our range is wide and varied, incorporating both ice cream and water ice, or combinations thereof.
