As beer is made out of 90% of water and that the brewing water of Houblonde is comparable to natural spring water coming out of the mountains + the addition of organic cereals and species, Houblonde beer is a the ultimate 100% natural product! 

• Houblonde is the 1st Dynamized Beer in the World developed in collaboration with the prestigious University of Brewing Sciences and Technology at UCL (Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium). It is the oldest university brewery institute in the world, a guarantee of centuries of expertise.
• HOUBLONDE is a beer brewed with a very pure natural water that has been dynamized by vortex (spiral movements) and a secret protocol to give back its essential properties of invigorating water as  can be found in nature (more information about our technology on www.biodynamizer.com). We proved this innovation with the university UCL in Belgium but also with other laboratories. So this is NOT a marketing concept…
• Thanks to the dynamization, the beer is smoother, less bitter, and with finer bubbles like champagne.

• HOUBLONDE is a  new Belgium premium beer launched in 2018, and the Organic Blonde has been recognised in 2017 at the World Beer Awards in London as the most innovative Belgium beer but has also won in 2018 & 19 & 20, 3 golden stars (maximum score) at the « Superior Taste Award » of the International Taste Quality Institute, the highest distinction awarded by the 200 decorated stars chefs and sommeliers in Europe. And the Houblonde Organic Triple won a Golden Award, the highest distinction, but also the Judges Award and were elected in the TOP 50 best products at the International Taste Awards in Italy (Milano) in 2020.
• We produce actually 24.000 bottles/month and have the production capacity of 48.000 bottles/month.
