Humlum Brød A/S produces puff of the highest quality. The high quality is due to a gentle processing af the best raw materials and the use of an old traditional recipe. Our products can be purchased by individuals in most grocery stores in Denmark. catering customers and shops can buy our products through most cake wholesalers in Denmark Humlum Brød A/S is located in Hjerm a small town between Struer and Holstebro in Denmark. We currently have approx. 20 emplyees that spread over the day produces patty shells and other puff products for grocery stores and catering as well as frozen dough sheets used in catering. In addition a variety of special doughs used for further processing in the food industry is produced.
