Inalpi
Inalpi (www.inalpi.it) is an Italian dairy leader in the production of butter, cheeses and milk powder.
The Invernizzi family started in the production of cheeses in the 1800 and in the 1966 Egidio Invernizzi founded what would, over time, become INALPI SpA.
Our headquarter is located in Moretta, in the hearth of Piedmont, in the Monviso MAB (MAN AND BIOSPHER) UNESCO area. The milk comes exclusively from controlled and certified farms of our supply chain, that are more than 300 and are located within an average radious of 30 km from our plant.
Our milk is processed every day and meets the highest standards of quality and food safety guaranteed from by Inlab Solution, our internal organization focused analysis, control, research and devolpment.
Our premium range is the result of the efforts and experience gained over more 50 years of dairy tradition:
- Piedmont butter from centrifuged cream from 1966
- Salt butter and clarified butter
- Slices of melted cheese and cheese triangles, in different flavours, made with only 100% Italian ingredients from our controlled and certified supply chain
- Lactose – free selection: butter, yogurt and cheeses
- Mascarpone
- Piedmontese DOP cheeses
- Milk powder obteined using a special “Spray Drier” technology.
