INCARLOPSA is a family-owned business and one of the biggest pork producers in Spain with a turnover of €920 million in 2021, and the biggest Serrano ham producer in Spain with over 6 million ham legs produced yearly. We are also the biggest Iberian pork producer, with over 2 million legs produced yearly.

We are very well-known in Spain for being the main supplier from MERCADONA, the leading retail company in Spain that holds a 25,5% market share from the Spanish retail sector, whereas our Serrano ham holds a 40% market share in the Spanish market. 

INCARLOPSA’s production is vertically integrated, that allows us to have more competitive and stable prices than other competitors than depend on suppliers of meat. INCARLOPSA is slaughtering 13.000 pigs/day so we can grant the supply of all our products yearly, even absorbing consumption peaks.
