Our company is specialized in the production of egg pasta in a variety of versions:

• dry tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, tagliolini and asagne sheets,
• chilled laminated tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, tagliolini and spaghetti;
• chilled filled egg pasta in a variety of shapes ( tortellini, tortelloni, cappelletti, ravioli, mezzelune, fagottini) and fillings , like ricotta and spinaches, meat, cooked or cured ham, tomato & mozzarella, pesto sauce,  4 and 5 cheese, mushrooms. 
• frozen ready meals like lasagne Bolognese, with mushrooms, with pesto sauce or salmon, frozen filled cannelloni Bolognese, frozen filled tortelloni (different fillings) 
• Ambient stuffed ready made meals, mainly lasagna and cannelloni Bolognese.

The production takes place in 2 sites, over 3 working shifts a day and through the equippment of 

• 3 long shape pasta line production 
• 3 lines of drown and rolled lasagna
• 2 lines of filled dry pasta
• 1 line of fresh, frozen ambient and stabilzed pasta
• 2 lines of frozen and ready-to-serve dishes
