This healthy oil is low in saturated fats and balanced in Omega 3 and 6, high in Omega 9, anti oxidants and vitamin E. 45% lower in saturated fat than Olive Oil with a far higher smoke point at 220 centigrade, making it ideal for both high temperature cooking and using cold.
