Interjarek Sp. z o.o. Grupa Interjarek started its activity in 1989 as a result of integration of previously functioning: Manufacturing and Trading company, Import Export trading company and farmlands. Since that time, we have been totally committed to achieving leading position, as a manufacturer of spices, spice blends, herbs and extruded products, in the Polish market. Since the beginning of our existence we are and will remain a family owned company, and our main idea has always been to achieve the highest standards in every field of activity. Due to the fact that we offer highest quality spices, herbs and spice blends, we have been regularly increasing the distribution in foreign markets especially on Western Europe.

Our Company deals with a wide variety of raw materials from different origins and our main mission is to successfully satisfy all needs of our customers. During many years of our activity the best producers of spices, herbs and food additives from around the world have become our suppliers. Investing in new technologies and infrastructure have positively affected systematic improvement of quality and development of the company. Definitely our biggest advantage is professional, fully automatic line for sterilizing herbs and spices constructed by HOSOKAWA MICRON BV.

The sterilization process employing saturated steam is carried out by batch method.

During drying released essential oils are passed through a condenser where they get liquefied and then returned to a cooled product. The product during the whole process is being mixed in the sterilizer. Due to that we receive consistent parameters in the whole lot.

The company Interjarek Sp. z o.o. also owns a technological line enabling us to clean herbs and spices. All raw materials are calibrated and cleaned form foreign bodies like: dust, sand, stones, metal contaminants, and many others. To increase safety of our products we have installed optical sorting machine named: Sortex. Our company is also a manufacturer of wide range extruded products for confectionery industry. We also have a modern production line from Bühler company form Switzerland.

Interjarek Sp. o.o. deals with the production and packaging of spices, spice mixes, herbs, dried vegetables and extruded products. Thanks to numerous business contacts all over the world, we are able to import raw materials directly from many countries, including: Brazil, India, Indonesia, Vietnam. It  allows us to create an attractive commercial offer. Our company has its own brand apart from manufacturing and sale– Interjarek. We also produce  numerous private labels for major retailers and distributors in Poland and abroad. For example in Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria.

Quality Interjarek Sp. o.o. puts great effort to maintain high quality standards of our products, services and customer service. Since 2012 our company functions in accordance with the International Food Standards  (IFS) requirements. All produced and packaged foodstuffs  are compliance with the requirements of the IFS Standard. External and internal audits conducted regularly are raising the awareness of our employees, ensuring continuous improvements of the production and sales processes carried out by our company. Our quality team with a physicochemical and microbiological laboratory, together with the Quality Control Department ensure the safety of our products and guarantee compliance with quality requirements of our customers.
