Aromolio’s flavoured olive oils are produced by means of high tech machineries within the spaces of the Livorno factory launched in 2001. The oils are wisely achieved through the infusion of aromatic herbs and spices characteristic of the Mediterranean tradition with first-class olive oil, which is defined by its sweet taste, perfect to exalt the essence of all the ingredients.
Spices and herbs are subject to ‘biosteam technology’, a treatment that guarantees the drastic reduction of bacteria and mould. This vacuum-packed sterilization treatment is performed in an AISI 316 stainless steel cell exclusively employing vapour. Biostem technology ensures the production of organic flavoured olive oils, as it doesn’t alter taste and odour of the products.
