ECOPROLIVE, ISANATUR´s brand for olive products and ingredients, started in 2012 to be the first ones obtaining organic Phenol Rich (>4% phenol concentration) olive fiber and other top Olive products (Oils) in a Zero Waste top quality processing approach to maintain olive properties in our products.

In 2018 we patented the ECOPROLIVE process, which yielded natural and organic ingredients aiming to keep olive active compounds in ECOPROLIVE range of products.

Likewise, we carry out a zero-waste way of production thanks to the use of green technologies such as the extraction by means of supercritical fluids and taking advantage of the olive pit for industrial uses.

1) EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS (EVOOS) – 100% ORGANIC 

The range of Olive Oils produced from pitted olives by ECOPROLIVE are the result of the searching for those olive varieties containing the healthiest compounds and the moment when they are harvested.

Removing the pit from olives prevents filtering, oxidation, and water addition from happening within the extraction process of olive oil.

100% organic processed combining tradition and technological progress in order to keep olive properties unaltered. From the first extraction, which is carried out cold.

2) Phenol Rich Olive PREBIOTIC FIBER. 100% OLIVE PULP POWDER – PREBIOFENOL – 

PreBIOfenol is a new product launched by Ecoprolive that was presented on a worldwide basis at the Dubai GULFOOD-2018 trade show, where it was finalist for the best innovative ingredient. Its high content in polyphenols, iron, dietary fiber and vegetal protein makes of PreBIOfenol a superfood that is worth including in daily meals. We suggest a 3g/day intake for at least 30 consecutive days.

PreBIOfenol contains more than 100 times as much Polyphenols than olive oils that comply with the minimum content set by the EFSA for olive oils to be considered healthy.

Add PreBIOfenol (prebiotic fiber rich in polyphenols) to your taste (3%-6%) and enrich home-made bread, cookies, cakes… Or use it as topping for your healthy snacks such as yoghourts, toasts, salads, pasta… 100% organic, suitable for vegans and celiacs.
