Jager stores started their business in 1989 and their main activity is the retail sale of food, technology and textiles. Its headquarters is based in Spodnjeposavska, Slovenia.

It operates 42 stores across the country as well as an online platform. 

Today, it consists of a team of more than 800 employees and in 2020, its turnover amounted to €167.6 million.
