JOAQUIM ALBERTI, S.A. is one of the leading producers of high quality cooked ham, sausages and specialities in Spain. The company was founded in 1917 and has its head office and production facilities in Campllong (Girona) north of Barcelona. Our factory occupies 30.000 m² and we produced in 2015 almost 12.000 Tn. of finished products.With our brands “La Selva” and “Carsodo”, we commercialize our products in the Spanish market and we export to different foreign markets.

Our product range includes cooked ham and shoulder, cooked and smoked bacon, turkey breast and other cooked specialities, also dried products such as the Fuet, the Chorizo or the Serrano ham. We also have a complete range of pre-sliced products and an assortment of tapas both to heat up (dates in bacon, lords (frankfurters in bacon), chistorritas, cheese in bacon and prunes in bacon) and for direct snacking (mini fuet, mini chorizo, fuet pre-sliced and chorizo pre-sliced).
