About Us - Katica Biscuits & Bakery

Pékmester Biscuits Ltd. and its subsidiary Baker Street Ltd. operate as a family business with decades-long history next to Lake Balaton in Hungary. The premium and gluten-free biscuits are made in two separate plants.

The plant in Lepsény where the gluten-free biscuits are made has a capacity of 200,000 packages / month / shift (approx. 20 tons). All together the plant’s maximum capacity is 80 tons / month driven by a modern, computer-controlled production line. A combinated packing machine (vertical and horizontal) helps to reach the ready to ship state as qickly as possible. Biscuits can be individually packed or per dozens, but also in bulk.

Katie & Baker - Premium biscuits with heart and soul

A traditional English-style biscuit brought to life by craftsmanship, tradition and 30 years of experience. We produce delicious biscuits, using carefully selected, high-quality raw materials, based on our own traditional recipe in Balatonkenese, Hungary, in the family factory, under manufactory conditions. The key ingredients in Katie & Baker biscuits are quality butter and delicious natural ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, vanilla, lemon, orange, and a variety of spices that provide the right, crumbly texture and unique flavoring.

We have given each of our biscuits a unique fancy name, which you can see for yourself at the first tasting!
