Klemme AG is a growing company and one of the leading producers of frozen bakery products in Europe. A modern, high-output large-scale bakery with over 1,000 staff at three locations in six plants in Saxony Anhalt and Thuringia, we have grown steadily since our foundation in 1993. We produce and develop frozen bakery products for wholesalers, the catering and hotel industry, and in-store supermarket bakeries; for large bakery chains, for food service franchises and for frozen food home delivery services.
