KOCH is proud of its position as production leader for certain products, as for example: potato dumplings, puff pastry-and lasagne dough. The company also works as co-packer for major brands and products are available in catering, in wholesale and retail outlets, commercial chains throughout Italy and in many foreign markets. Initially only specialities from his region of origin, South Tyrol (dumplings, spinach style ravioli and apple strudel), were produced in frozen form.
