Thanks to the work, professionalism and continual training of our master bakers, we were able to overcome the difficulties involved in starting up any business, meaning that La Niña del Sur is currently recognised as a leader in the sector. Our most recent achievement, in the year 2012, was the creation of a new line of pizzas, including new auxiliary facilities for packaging, palletising and fermentation, as well as for conserving the end product from this new production line. Our privileged location in the east of Spain, the birthplace of the Mediterranean diet, gives us access to the best possible raw materials.we carefully choose our best-quality ingredients for producing the tastiest products.
