La Chaufferie

La Chaufferie is a craft, grain-to-glass distillery based in Granby, Quebec, Canada.

We believe into the importance of having control on our base ingredients and also on every steps of the production process. We take pride in sourcing everything locally and inspiring ourselves from the historical roots of distillation in Canada.

Our core range products are all Rye-based since it was the grain of choice for the first canadian distillers. It gives our spirits a very rich and distinctive flavor profile.
