Founded in 1920 by Pierre Lafitte, the company has the original activity selling game (partridge, woodcock, ortolan, hare) and Foie Gras with a clientele of traditional restaurants in the area.

In 1970, Léon Lafitte and his children associate, the company's business is growing in France and abroad.

The family home for 4 generations, LAFITTE distributes its products in France in prestigious restaurants, a network of retailers and delicatessens, and has 6 stores (Paris, Bordeaux, Dax, Mont de Marsan, Bayonne and Montaut).
