Our aim is to make the excellence of italian pasta (14,5% protein content, high gluten index, bronze die) with the highest value for money. We are vertically integrated since we also have the mill and the biggest Silos for storing the Durum Wheat in Europe. We have whole control on quality  La Molisana enjoys the unique conditions present in our region Molise: the best Italian water coming from the Matese montain (2.000 mt) and the fresh pure air of the highest pasta factory in south Italy.
