La Via Lattea produces quality ice cream since 1989 and has been the first company to introduce packaged organic ice cream in Italy. Right from the start our philosophy has been to produce high quality ice cream, following a precise guideline that goes from the selection of organic ingredients from local producers reducing the carbon footprint and including in our production the use of ingredients with DOP/IGP certification or those from the international Slow Food presidiums.
