Le Centurion is a family own business started in 1955 in the north of France

Our historical know-how is the processing of cheeses (cuuting, shredding, slicing, packing), and also IQF.

However in last 15 years, we have invested in dairies and we thus also collect milk and produce cheeses (mainly Emmental, Raclette, French Gruyère/Comté type, Brillat-Savarin and melted cheeses)

We have today 4 productiong sites in France, we produce 6000T of cheese and proicess 32000T, and thus we can offer taylormade cheese solutions
