We have two professional occupations:

The vineyards of Domaine Lou Pas D'estrech where we have been producing organic wines since 1984.

In 1987 the creation of Sauzet brought about the manufacture of organic vinegar with wine from Domain's vineyard. The activity has been developed to offer a wide range of aromatised organic vinegars. We also created a range of organic mustardswith the same mind of quality. 

Our firm produces and markets exclusively organic products, guaranteeing the traceability and the geographical origins of our products. 

We only purchase in France all our base products are from producers of organic wine that we know well.

All our products are guaranteed Organic and have been certified by Ecocert SAS
