Le Piantagioni del Caffè is a specialty coffee roastery based in Livorno, Tuscany. Since our founding, we have built our identity around one principle: full control over the coffee's journey, from origin to cup. We want to create awareness to let everyone experience a quality coffee value chain that is socially and environmentally sustainable.

In fact our brand  Le Piantagioni del Caffè, is proposing an exclusive range of single estate coffee, sourced by ourselves in the country of origin. As an Italian premium coffee roaster, we aim to bring “regular” coffee to a higher level. Our concept is value-driven, offering a wide range of solutions with high quality standard, allowing us to guarantee consistency, transparency, and a fair, lasting relationship with the farms we work with.

Every step of production happens under our own roof: roasting, quality control, and packaging are all managed internally, with a new high-specification packaging line recently installed to further protect freshness and extend product life. This vertical integration means nothing is left to chance between harvest and delivery.

We choose to craft Specialty coffee that has a positive impact on both people and the planet.

Awareness for Change is how we turn this responsibility into products, packaging, and everyday relationships. 

Le Piantagioni del Caffè roasts and packs premium coffees for clients worldwide, amongst them are Coffee Chains, Pastry shops, exclusive cruiseline and other premium HoReCa outlets. But besides our branded products we can also offer a collaboration when it comes to white label. At Le Piantagioni del Caffè, we work with a premium quality mindset and approach, in combination with our industrial production facility (a brand-new packing line was installed in January 2026). This way we can offer the best quality coffees, consistency and service to our clients. 

 

 

We have started a path to reduce our impact through mono-material packaging and carbon-neutral solutions. Through Awareness for Change, we measure and communicate the progress of our ESG journey (Environmental, Social, Governance) across the entire supply chain. Thanks to collaborations with international partners such as Enveritas, we are implementing increasingly precise monitoring systems to verify what happens at every stage of the chain.
