Lessonia draws its strength from its origins and its unique expertise in sourcing and processing of natural raw materials. Our first activity was the processing of algae. Seaweed exploitation is an essential element of the natural heritage of the north coast of Finistere in Brittany, a unique site in Europe, characterised by many species of seaweed. Our business has gradually expanded as well as our ingredients offer, to include many varieties of flowers, fruits and minerals.
