Lidas

             Lidas, a family owned company, managed to develop from a window bakery to a highly automated and modern factory during it’s 28 years of existence. Thanks to the continuous investment in R&D, human resources and technology, Lidas offers a high range of products, as fresh, long shelf life or frozen products. The frozen goods production is a key business process for the company, Lidas aiming to become one of the key players in Europe in the next 5 years.

              In 2021 Lidas started the construction of the most modern and complex production facility for frozen bakery and pastry in Romania, being designed to the highest technological standards at European level. This factory will be ready to deliver it's products all around the world at the end of 2022, with a capacity of production for frozen bakery products of 20.600 tons/year and for frozen pastry production of 6.900 tons/year.

              From the very beginning the company concentrated all efforts, experience and attention to guarantee the best quality of the products. Listening to it’s customers and satisfying their needs is what drives Lidas forward to success.

              In the catalogue of frozen products customers can find kaiser rolls, bread specialties (Hunter's bread, focaccia, ciabatta), pastry with or without fillings (sausage roll, cheese pie, croissants), mini-pizzas, pretzels and cakes. The capacity of production for these products is over 10.000 tons/year.
