From humble beginnings, our range of healthy seeds, nuts & berries has grown to include over 15 premium blends and healthy seed snacks.

Our Health Foods are sourced from only the finest quality natural ingredients, selected from the best suppliers around the world, to ensure the highest quality standards. They are then produced in our BRC (British Retail Consortium) Grade A standard facility and sold throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe, America and Asia.
