Lisko Foodstuff Ltd was established in April 1984. It was a step further of a small industry that supported the family. Initially they produced Trahanas (Cyprus wheat and yoghurt soup) and Bulgur. This was an area in which they had knowledge and experience.
Competition in this field was almost non-existent. Within a short period of time bulgur, which until then was a dish for the lower class, became very popular because of its special qualities and the consumers' new direction towards healthy nutrition. The distribution network covered all areas of Cyprus delivering the product in convenient packages and reasonable prices.
Since 1988 it is sheltered in its privately owned factory in Aradippou Industrial Area. At first it covered an area of 1000 sq.m. In 1997 this area was doubled. In 1999 another extension was made to the building and more machinery was installed for quantitative upgrade of production.
The company is known for its Dry Products Range and its Frozen Products Range. The Dry Product Range focuses on traditional Mediterranean dishes while the Frozen Range focuses on Pasta, Pizza and Pastry.
