Lou Prunel
Mr. and Mrs. Galant, farmers in the Lot Valley, Lot-et-Garonne, decided in 1969 to convert to organic farming their plum orchards Ente according to Lemaire-Boucher method. With some other farmers, they were part of the Bio pioneers in Lot-et-Garonne.
They continued to transform their own prunes and started marketing them in France and furrowing his first health food stores. By 1975, they were at Marjoram, first big Bio fair held in Paris every year. Then, taking the activity of the importance they founded the company in 1982 Lou Prunel. In 2002, Laurence Boquet, their daughter, naturally takes them away and joins Alain Brugalières, founder of the company that provided Vitamont Bio prune juice for her at Lou Prunel.
