With over 65 years of history, we are present throughout Brazil with regional and national brands. Sustainable development is one that meets the needs of the current generation without compromising future generations. We seek, by means of our management practices, to make our commitment to business sustainability increasingly more effective. To do so, managers and employees from all departments are mobilized with the purpose of considering sustainability an important vector for the exercise of corporate civic consciousness. We defined our sustainability strategy after an analysis of the global macro trends that impact the food sector’s value chain, complemented by market and sectoral studies. From then on, the topics that influence our activities were prioritized. There are eight material topics that guide our Strategic Sustainability Agenda. For each of these topics, we have planned actions that are accompanied by Workgroups (WG), with periodic reports to the Sustainability Committee and the measurement of results monitored monthly during meetings.
