Founded in 2019, Maison Carrousel embodies the revival of French handcraft candies, offering gourmet guimauves and natural sweets. Manufactured in our Parisian workshop, Maison Carrousel’s guimauves perpetuate the tradition of the old- fashioned guimauves, with a fluffy and light texture while revealing subtle flavours.

SUSTAINABLE CANDIES As part of an eco-responsible approach, Maison Carrousel is committed to low environmental impact and by hand manufacturing, zero-waste policies and using exclusively natural ingredients, flavours and colourings. To limit its environmental impact, Maison Carrousel also respects the rhythm of each season. The spring-summer and autumn- winter collections offer flavours made from ingredients that ripens slowly and in harmony with nature. This approach ensures an explosion of flavours, a symphony of textures and perfect visual harmony. This approach is also reflected in the eco-packaging of the gift boxes. Designed from recyclable paper made by 40% of cocoa pods, they are printed with food-safe ink and assembled in France without glue.
