We are  one of the largest manufacturers of hot and cold beverages in Australia and have been in existence for more than two decades.  Our main brand is ARKADIA and under this brand we have varieties of Chai’s (tea), drinking chocolates, Soft Serves and Vending products. We have recently launched our URBAN BARISTA range which are Gluten free, Caffeine free, and could be classified under Vegan range. These are also classified as Power Lattes with five flavours in the range .

In the liquid categories, we have flavoured syrups, Milk shake toppings, desert sauces, granita Products, fruit smoothie mixes and many more. With all these products under one roof, we become one stop shop for any cafes, restaurants, wholesalers and coffee roasters. All our products complement with coffees and other drinks sold in a café. 

We are 100% Australian owned and have the state- of-the-art facilities for manufacturing these products. We understand each market very well and all our products are designed and well-crafted in such a way that it perfectly blends with the requirements of the respective markets. Our plants are GMP certified and we have the BRC, HACCP, Organic and Halal certifications. Besides all these we are also Department of Agriculture and Water Resources certified and Dairy Foods Safety certified. We also have Organic certification as well as  Fairtrade certification. All these makes us as one of the best in this industry and our products are well received in the world market. We are currently exporting to almost all the continents.

- In January 2020, Maltra Foods formed a dedicated sustainability committee to define, measure, analyse, improve and control our four pillars of responsibility. - Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (Sedex) is a not-for-profit membership organisation for businesses committed to the continuous improvement of ethical performance within their supply chains. Maltra Foods has been a member since 2016. - Maltra foods is a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant to reduce the harmful impact of packaging on the environment. - Eliminated the use of over 40,000 disposable cups per year from within the business. - 34MT of organic waste materials redirected for stock feed - 80MT of industrial packaging waste recycled in the past 12 months - Skylights installed in factory. More natural light, less artificial. - Our office team are working just as hard to reduce waste as our production team. LED lighting has been installed to reduce our power consumption and 40m3 per year of office waste has been redirected from landfill to recycling.
