Marseille Winery

Marseille Winery is the story of a journey and a creation. The history of wine, in France, in Marseille. In 600 BC, the Phocaeans came from Greece and founded Massalia, the "city of a thousand sources", which was later to become Marseille. As the pioneers of an art of living, they imported the technique of wine-making and thus gave birth to the first French vineyards. It was not until four centuries later that the Romans created other Gallic vineyards such as Bourgogne or Bordeaux.
