AMATA TERRA Snc is an Italian company, proudly artisanal, which produces and packages excellent quality organic chocolate bars, minimally processed, starting from fine cocoa beans and not from processed seeds.

Organic chocolate bars, finely produced from raw materials processed in a conscious way, kept as close to their natural state, to preserve the healthy components, the natural aromatic notes, sharing values ​​with all the protagonists of the supply chain, respecting our common home, the earth.

We add only a few natural and organic ingredients, such as sugar from coconut flowers and lucuma, rich in prebiotics, minerals and precious elements for our health.

We have removed all unnecessary elements (refined sugars, artificial additives, soy lecithin, animal milk (which prevents the absorption of cocoa phytonutrients) and all deleterious processes such as potting, irradiation, conching of days and days and replaced with our own process which we have called the "matùral method". A way of processing the cocoa beans, delicate and highly sophisticated, which requires care and attention to detail but when tasting you notice the difference, in terms of taste, quality and health.
