Emilio Mauri
In Mauri tradition, experience and innovation combine to give birth to more than 50 fresh and aged cheeses, cow's milk and goat (Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Quartirolo, Caprino).
On the one hand, human resources have a deep experience of the techniques of craftsmanship, the other the natural caves of Pasturo give the products unique features. The dairy production Treviglio (Bergamo) collects and works every day more than 200,000 liters of milk Italian (Lombard for PDO). All the path of the raw material is controlled and monitored by computer systems of the latest generation. The cheeses Mauri, appreciated all over the world, have won prestigious prizes in international competitions. I present them by grouping them into four categories: Seasoned (taleggio, gorgonzola, goat, fontina, asiago) Fresh (goats, mozzarella, quartirolo, mascarpone, ricotta cheese) Mauregali (packages for anniversaries and special occasions). The constant quality control, from milking the milk until the final shipment, guarantees production standards of the highest level in constant respect of taste and tradition.
