MEDFISH URK BV is a producer of North Sea Fish Based in Urk the Netherlands and connected to one of the most modern fishingfleets of Europe for the catch of Flatfish. Our fish is processed in a BRC environment using latest technologie for filleting , freezing ,grading and packing. We make products at client specification. we work with MSC catched raw materials.  

We try to reduce foodprint by using latest Technologie for freezing and packing. So using less energy as possible. Water used for production is sent to a waste water cleaning station we use eco friendly packing intended to be recycled. We use Corrugated board boxes in which a part of recycled material is used. Raw material are used from sustainlable catch.
