Menissez: Ours is a story of a family company that, in the course of 55 years, has gone from an artisan bakery to a company that exports its bread all over the world.
We specialize in manufacturing par baked bread. The par baked bread is packaged in a protective atmosphere (M.A.P.). For the overseas export, we use the "slacking method" that allows us to sell our M.A.P. products with the freezing process. Products have a frozen shelf-life of 6 months after production and a maximum of 30 days shelf-life once defrosted at the store or at the DC. The product is then sold at ambient temperature. Customers just have to bake the bread for 10 minutes in a household oven and enjoy the delicious original taste of authentic French bread.
M.A.P. is the best way to preserve the product’s quality: freshness, texture, and taste stay the same. This is also the response to the increased demand for safe, convenient, and high quality products that minimize the risk of cross contamination.
Today, our site based in the North of France produces no less than 200,000 tons of bread per year and 70% of our volume is exported.
We produce private label packaged bread for large retailers. Our expertise, developed over the course of decades, exceeds the expectations of consumers worldwide.
We carefuly select the highest quality ingredients as it is our philosphy to provide the end consumer with an excellent product. Our products are BRC and IFS certified, GMO-free, contain no artificial colors, no added sugars, and no trans fat.
