Millesime Chocolat
Millésime Chocolat is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker located in Liège, Belgium. We work directly from cocoa beans imported from various countries around the world. Our chocolate is different for its "vintage" aspect. That is to say, we do not mix crops from different years or from different soils. A mark of respect for the work done on the plantations and a way to establish the evolution of the harvests over time.
We make it a point of honour to provide as much information as possible about our chocolate in order to highlight the regions in which our beans are harvested, the year in which they are harvested and the type of bean used.
In addition, we attach great importance to the selected plantations (not genetically modified) and harvests, which must be carried out with the greatest respect for the environment.
We are currently creating 14 kinds of chocolate bars that we sell in more than 12 countries around the world. Our "Madagascar Praline" and "Nicaragua Pistachio" received an international award. At SIAL 2018 in PARIS, we were selected among the most innovative products of the year. In addition, the "Gault&Millau" guide has placed Millésime Chocolat among the best Belgian chocolate producers.
