Mlekpol In Grajewo Polish Dairy Cooperative

“MLEKPOL” Dairy Cooperative in Grajewo is one of the biggest dairy cooperatives in Poland and one of the 20 biggest dairy producers in Europe. In 100% it is owned by over 10 thousand Polish farmers with share of 16% of milk purchased daily in Poland. The company head office is placed in Grajewo, north-eastern Poland. MLEKPOL has twelve modern and highly- specialized production sites located in the greenest Polish regions. MLEKPOL’s daily milk purchase is 5,5 mln liters with output capacity is app. 1,8 million liters of UHT milk, 200 tons of cheese, 140 tons of milk powder. MLEKPOL exports more than 30% of total production, mainly:

• UHT products: milk, cream, coffee cream, evaporated and flavoured milk

• Gouda, edam, maasdam, cagliata and hard-type cheese, processed cheese and cream cheese

• Butter and butter spreads

• Powdered products: skimmed and whole milk powder, buttermilk powder, sweet and demineralised 50% whey powder.
