Moilas Oy is Finnish family owned gluten-free bakery established in 1955. Moilas Oy is probably the first industrial size gluten-free bakery in Europe. We have two gluten-free bakeries in the beautiful Finnish landscape. Our wide product range is baked on 8 fully automated production lines.
Moilas Oy is very well known and important supplier in European gluten-free bakery market. One of the factors behind our success is our continuous investment in product development.
Moilas Oy has AOECS (Association of European Coeliac Societies), BRC, SQMS (McDonald's world wide), SWA (Supplier Workplace Accountability) and RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certificates. We belong also to SEDEX.
We manufacture wide range of traditional bakery products, always 100% gluten-free and wheat-free. We serve all main channels: retail (including private label), food service and industry.
