Molino Mario Riva now Molino Riva s.r.l. has been present on the market since 1890. For more than 100 years, it has been turning grain into flour. Since then, many things have changed, i.e. the technology, the location but the experience and the knowledge of raw materials has remained unchanged over the years – a very important factor in order to efficiently meet the requirements of the market which is more and more interested in high-quality products. All our products are marked by high and constant quality thanks to the use of selected raw materials along with thorough control analyses and the use of high-technology systems. Milling is performed in accordance with tradition and times required, so as to keep unaltered the natural active ingredients present in cereal grains.
