Molino Grassi

In 1934 we filled our first sack of flour and started our business as processors of soft wheat for use in bread making. Wheat ripens, time goes by and soon it was the 60s: time to explore new fields. Our second generation started the production of semolina flour and installed one of the first durum wheat processing lines in Northern Italy. In the 90s we approached the organic sector. An experience that opened the doors of the baby-food segment and led us to collaborate with international brands and leading companies in this sector. Now in our third generation, backed by the experience we gained as pioneers in the Organic food sector in Italy, today we have come to be considered a benchmark for Food Safety guarantee throughout Europe.
