Antico Molino Rosso
Cereals are stored at Molino Rosso in silos which have a ventilation system to preserve them. Special attention is paid to the purchase of cereals: on each new batch of grain, before being unloaded, a sample is taken for testing to check the type, quality and humidity before storing it.
A multi-residue test is carried out on each batch of grain, representing a focal point to guarantee the consumer in our business.
We only buy organic cereals which obviously come from farms which only use Organic Farming methods.
Opening a business to make or sell baked goods, so that they fit into the context of organic farming, via bread, rolls, large loaves, cakes for special occasions, pizzas and many other types, can today be done successfully only if at the base there is a technical, technological and professional training.
In order to be able to meet the need of the market today, it is no longer sufficient to be able to produce or roll out a pizza, to open a food business that can stand out, but there has to be a set of organizational commitments.
To start it is necessary to know the objectives, of what you intend to produce, sell or communicate and these objectives must be supported by very precise goals, together with a very clear work plan and programme to be able to imagine the types of products to be sold and consequently professionally produced.
There is also the need to take into consideration the importance of communication with your potential customer in an organized and ethical way through direct samplings of the product.
