Müller's Hausmacher Wurst
The company's history began in post-war Germany on a bomb site in Hanover. The young master baker Helmut Müller organized in 1949 to build the 17 square meters large shop, selling baked goods and jams.
Today, the daily production is about 25 tons. Around 90 people are employed, of which 9 in the field, 4 in Key Account Management, 19 in administration and 43 are involved in the production. In addition, we currently have 11 trainees in production and administration. Müller's homemade sausage supplies not only the whole German market, even the ever-growing export, mainly in EU countries, speaks for the popularity of sausages far beyond the country's borders.
