Narvesen
Narvesen is the leading convenience-store and kiosk retailer in Latvia, headquartered in Riga and operating as part of Reitan Convenience, the convenience division of Norwegian group Reitan Retail. Present in the Latvian market since 1997, it has built the country's largest convenience franchise network and holds a dominant share of the segment.
The chain operates roughly 240 locations nationwide, spanning street kiosks, transport-hub outlets and in-store points, making it the market leader in Latvian convenience retail. The network is run largely on a franchise model, giving it broad geographic coverage in high-footfall urban and travel locations.
Narvesen focuses on impulse and on-the-go consumption, offering press (newspapers and magazines), hot and cold drinks, quality coffee, fresh bakery straight from the oven, food-to-go, snacks, confectionery, tobacco and everyday convenience essentials, alongside service-retail offerings such as ticketing and parcel services.
The group has expanded its food-and-coffee positioning by adding the Caffeine coffee-house brand to its Baltic portfolio, complementing Narvesen outlets. Both formats are supported by the scale, sourcing and logistics of the wider Reitan Convenience organisation, which operates more than 2,000 stores across seven countries.
With its market leadership, dense high-traffic network and strong focus on drinks, coffee, bakery and snacking categories, Narvesen is an attractive partner for food, beverage and impulse manufacturers seeking strong distribution in Latvia's convenience retail market.
