Nature Tradition is born in 1986 in the Emilia countryside land of ancient agricultural vocation, by a group of young people who form the cooperative, they began to realize food products using raw materials derived exclusively from organic crops. 
These crops take over the old method crop rotation, not entailing the use of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides that are replaced by organic substances, preparations and the use of insect predators of pests. 
The company has gradually gained the trust of more and more of consumers.
